As the Apprenticeships Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for owning the administrative aspects of our exciting new apprenticeship programme. You’ll ensure the smooth coordination of our apprenticeship and wider training activities, from scheduling and registration to materials preparation and record-keeping.

What you'll do

    • Schedule training sessions based on availability of trainers, participants, and training facilities.
    • Communicate training schedules and logistics to participants, trainers, and other stakeholders.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for trainers or participants, if necessary.
    • Manage training registration processes, including collecting participant information, processing registrations, and confirming attendance.
    • Maintain accurate records of training enrolments, cancellations, and attendance.
    • Provide support to participants with registration inquiries or technical issues.
    • Ensure that training materials, such as handouts, manuals, and multimedia presentations, are prepared and distributed to participants in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate printing, copying, and distribution of materials, either in hard copy or electronic format.
    • Assist trainers in setting up training rooms and equipment, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
    • Administer training evaluation surveys or assessments to collect feedback from participants.
    • Compile and analyse training evaluation data to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Generate reports on training activities, attendance, and outcomes for management review.
    • Maintain organised records of apprenticeship and wider training activities.
    • Ensure compliance with ESFA, Ofsted and other regulatory requirements and organisational policies related to training documentation.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of electronic training management systems, if applicable.

What you'll have

    • Previous experience in administrative or coordinator roles, preferably in a training or HR department.
    • Knowledge of UK apprenticeship systems.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or training administration software.
