Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified ESG Manager to join our team at Disha Skill Training Services. As the ESG Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies and initiatives.

This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in ESG management. The role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ESG management, with a focus on environmental and social issues.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with environmental management systems and sustainable design principles.
• Understanding of corporate governance and ethical practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description : 

• Ensuring that the company complies with applicable ESG regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement ESG strategies and programs that comply with the letter and spirit of regulations and standards.
• Develop and manage plans to reduce and manage ESG risks and environmental impacts.
• Prepare reports and documents to communicate the company's ESG progress and performance such as BRSR.
• Develop and communicate ESG practices and policies and ensure compliance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine ESG factors that may affect business activity.

Desired Education : 

Bachelors in Environment / Sustainability / Climate Change / ESG / related fields;

Masters in related fields preferred but not necessary

Desired Skill set : 

Candidate should be proficient with sustainability reporting standards (such as BRSR, GRI, TCFD, SASB, IR, WEF-IBC) and ESG rating methodologies, indices, and agencies (such as amp;P, MSCI, Refinitiv, CDP, Sustainalytics)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Candidates with a rich mix of corporate and consulting experience preferred

Desired Experience : 5-10 years of experience in sustainability / ESG domain

CTC: 12-15 LPA ( Can be a NegotiableFor Relevant Experience Candidates)
