Who We’re Looking For

Are you a detail-oriented team player with a passion for learning? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our growing Environmental Project Team. In this exciting role, you will gain valuable experience in commercial real estate (CRE) environmental due diligence through hands-on fieldwork and report writing. This is your chance to launch your environmental due diligence career, develop valuable technical skills through hands-on experience, and thrive in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Experience You Will Gain

  • Gain exposure to Phase I ESAs, RSRA & TSA reports, learning the intricacies of environmental site assessments.
  • Get hands-on experience assisting with underground storage tank closures and assessments, contributing to real-world environmental projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish a GIS database, a valuable tool for our consulting business.
  • We'll continuously provide opportunities to learn more about CRE due diligence and environmental consulting, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of the industry.

Qualifications

  • At least two years in a geology program leading to a Bachelors or Masters in geology.
  • Strong writing skills required.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • GIS experience or coursework a bonus
  • This will be an office position with some field work required. Field work requires the ability to walk on uneven surfaces, work around heavy equipment and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Internship Duration

The internship will span approximately 12 weeks from May through August 2024.
