Pay: Base $50-$60k, up to $150k w/commissions

Job Summary: As HVAC Business Development Manager, you play a crucial role in guiding B2B customers through the process of adopting CURB technologies. Your responsibilities include a blend of sales, customer management, technical expertise, customer service, and communication skills to educate potential clients on the benefits and logistics of our CURB products. 


Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Goal: direct outreach to residential HVAC service businesses, Residential solar companies, etc to establish CURB distribution relationships. 
  • Must be comfortable with in-person and cold-calling. 
  • Establish initial pilot program and maintain relationships. 
  • Region: Initial focus will be NV and AZ. Expanding to Texas, S. CA, FL, etc.
  • Increasing CURB’s visibility and opportunities in each market by coordinating marketing resources and programs at the local levels.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts, mostly related to CURB, energy technology and aspects of the solar industry. 
  • Work closely with leadership to establish market budgets, encourage sales through marketing campaigns, and help address customer complaints.
  • Hold meetings with leadership to review monthly goals, highlight new improvements to maximize sales.
  • Up to 50% travel

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications related to solar energy are a plus.
  • Experience selling B2B.
  • Familiar with at least one of these industries: Solar/Energy/HVAC/Smarthome Tech/Energy Efficiency.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
