What will I be doing in this role?

California has seen huge changes in the way that homeowners choose who and what powers their home. Most recently, these changes have made the addition of a back-up battery essential to powering their home. Some competing companies have ignored the guideline to include batteries on residential Solar installations, and in so-doing have created a problem: homeowners are now losing their investment by still paying retail cost on their power to their utility company. Voltaic sees this as a chance to improve our industry's reputation and help homeowner's rectify their power situation by education them on the types of batteries available and their unique benefit to the homeowner. The key thing preventing homeowners from understanding and purchasing Solar and Storage Solutions is their lack of exposure. Your job will be to bring that awareness and exposure to the problem, and our solution, by meeting with qualified homeowners at their doorstep and setting an appointment for an Expert Consultant to come back and help them make the transition to clean energy!

We are solar and battery experts. Very few people can claim the same. We will share our knowledge of solar, battery back-up, and grid arbitrage with you to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in your goal of serving homeowners. You will also receive an aggressive, industry-leading compensation package, that includes a salary, commission, bonuses, and more. You can expect to earn between $80,000 to $95,000 per year.

Who is the ideal candidate for this role?

We are looking for someone who can:

• Carry out door-to-door meet and greets to create sales consultations

• Provide excellent follow-up communication to nurture your marketing pipeline.

• Attend and participate in regular team training meetings

• Create a customer service and follow-up process that wow's the client

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets

What are the requirements for this role?

• Sales Experience NOT REQUIRED, but preferred

• Flexible Full-time Availability (choose your own hours up to 40 hours weekly)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is a plus!)

• Must complete applicable Sales Training.

• Be consistent while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
