What You'll Do:

Following recent energy legislative changes in California, homeowners are increasingly seeking backup battery solutions alongside their solar systems. Unfortunately, some competitors have overlooked these solutions, leaving homeowners exposed to inflated utility costs. At Voltaic Energy, we see this as an opportunity to set new standards and aid homeowners in managing their energy consumption. Your primary responsibility will be to educate and demonstrate to homeowners the benefits of transitioning to clean, renewable energy in their homes. Beyond being the sales professional in the home, you'll also engage with cold-contacted homeowners, raising awareness about solar and battery solutions and ultimately scheduling appointments at their doorstep.

Who We're Looking For Sales Professionals to:

  • Deliver impeccable Sales Demonstrations resulting in signed clientele.
  • Take initiative in generating sales appointments through daily door-to-door canvassing.
  • Provide exceptional follow-up communication to nurture prospective client pipelines.
  • Participate actively in team training sessions and informational meetings.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and cultivate referral opportunities.
  • Exceed weekly and monthly Sales KPI quotas.


Role Requirements:

  • Active State HIS (Home Improvement Sales) License required. Applicants without a license will be referred to the Appointment Setter candidate pool.
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous Solar Sales Experience required.
  • Flexible full-time availability (up to 40 hours weekly).
  • Effective communicator. Bilingual proficiency is a bonus!
  • Completion of applicable Field Sales assessment.
  • Consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential.
