Role Overview:

As an In-home Energy Advisor, your primary responsibility will involve conducting and closing out sales consultations with residential homeowners. The leads you will receive comprise of people seeking alternatives to their current power consumption situation and likely lack reliable guidance on transitioning to clean energy. You'll need to be a proficient marketer in addition to salesperson, as you will engage in canvassing and reputation exposure with cold homeowner leads.

We'll provide you with knowledge of solar, battery backup, and grid arbitrage, ensuring you have the expertise to excel in serving homeowners. Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're seeking individuals who can:

Demonstrate exceptional personal productivity by generating appointments through canvassing and self-generation, in addition to company-provided leads.Conduct sales consultations with homeowners, educating them on the advantages of solar and backup battery solutions.Actively participate in team training sessions and meetings.Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Role Requirements:

Active State HIS (Home Improvement Sales) License required. Candidates without a license will be referred to the Appointment Setter candidate pool.Minimum 1 year of previous Solar Sales Experience required.Flexible full-time availability (up to 40 hours weekly).Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with bilingual proficiency as a plus.Completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training required.Consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential.

Top performing advisors will seek out additional learning by actively participating in team training sessions and meetings and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.


Role Requirements:

  • Active State HIS (Home Improvement Sales) License required. Candidates without a license will be referred to the Appointment Setter candidate pool.
  • Minimum 1 year of previous Solar Sales Experience required.
  • Full-time schedule availability. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with Spanish proficiency being a plus.
  • Pass Corresponding Sales and Technician Training.
  • Consistently perform in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential.
