Role Overview:

As California's energy landscape undergoes transformative shifts, homeowners are increasingly seeking backup battery solutions to complement their energy needs. Regrettably, some competitors have failed to integrate batteries into residential solar installations, leaving homeowners susceptible to inflated retail costs from utility companies. At Voltaic Energy, we view this as an opportunity to set new industry standards and assist homeowners in addressing their power consumption patterns. Your primary responsibility will involve educating homeowners at their doorstep about the range of solar and battery solutions available and demonstrating how they can enhance their homes. By engaging with qualified homeowners at their residences, you'll raise awareness about the issue and present our solution, ultimately scheduling appointments for our Expert Consultants to guide them through the transition to clean energy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're seeking individuals who:

• Seek out and set sales consultations through door-to-door canvassing.
• Provide exceptional follow-up communication to nurture marketing pipelines.
• Actively engage in team training sessions and meetings.
• Develop a customer service and follow-up process that exceeds client expectations.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance objectives.

Role Requirements:

• While sales experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. Entry-level applicants welcome!
• Must have flexible, full-time availability for hours (up to 40 hours per week).
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus).
• Completion of relevant sales training programs is required.
• Must consistently perform in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
