As a Systems Modelling Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and optimising sophisticated engineering software solutions for battery energy storage systems

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand modelling requirements for battery energy storage systems.
- Develop and maintain high-performance, reliable engineering software solutions using Python.
- Build financial modelling tools applicable across diverse regions.
- Implement and optimize algorithms for battery management and monitoring.
- Integrate software solutions into BESS products in collaboration with hardware engineers.
- Test and validate software to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Experience Required:
- Fundamental knowledge of engineering software development.
- MSc/MEng or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Portfolio showcasing system optimization experience.
- Strong mathematical mindset and proficiency.
- Expertise in Python; familiarity with Git and SQL preferred.
- Experience in energy systems analysis and noise modelling desirable.
