The HR Analyst is a vital member of our Human Resources team, responsible for leveraging HR data to support decision-making, improve HR operations, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. This role demands a detail-oriented analytical professional with 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or equivalent in business data analytics. This role combines the responsibilities of managing compensation programs and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support our company's objectives in recruiting, retention, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing, designing, and administering compensation strategies and ensuring our HRIS meets ongoing business needs.

Responsibilities

    • Support HR and business leaders in designing and administering total compensation programs including but not limited to benchmark initiatives, conduct research and analysis on market trend and salary data to ensure competitive and equitable pay across the organization. This includes participating in salary surveys, analyzing job evaluations, and recommending adjustments where necessary.
    • Provide data analytics on effective pay decisions within policy and budgetary constraints.
    • Administer and develop the HRIS, configuring the system to meet business requirements and generating reports for HR functions.
    • Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of HRIS data in compliance with organizational rules and regulations.
    • Support in the implementation of HRIS projects, including defining system requirements, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring successful deployment.
    • Support change management and training efforts related to new HRIS features or implementations.
    • Develop and generate reports to support decision-making in compensation, HR compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics.
    • Undertake ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

Required Qualifications

    • Intermediate proficiency in Excel a MUST, including the development of spreadsheets with formulas, functions, pivot tables, and lookups.
    • Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years in HR operations, administration, or equivalent experience
    • 1+ yr experience in employee data management, business metrics & analytics

Preferred Qualifications

    • Some experience in  Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Workday is a big plus
    • Some experience in compensation or salary benchmarking
    • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • PHR certification a plus
