To achieve this, we are looking for a talented Project Manager in our office in Planegg/Munich. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the technology commercialization of our process. You will work together with an international and diverse team of business developers, engineers, scientists and project managers. 

• Project management including resource planning and scheduling, project controlling, and risk management  
• Ensuring smooth and effective communication and coordination among project partners, stakeholders, clients, and contractors 
• Developing process engineering documents including PFD, M&E balance, P&ID, specification, and data sheets  
• Evaluation of risk and economic analysis of scope and design changes 
• Evaluation and selection of contractor and vendor bids 
• Preparing and review of schedules, reports, and equipment procurement 
• Organize and participate in Hazard and Operability (HazOp), Safety Integrity Level (SIL) and project health, safety and environment reviews 

Your qualifications

• 5+ years experience in managing engineering activities in a process plant environment, ideally as project/engineering manager or as a lead engineer e.g. in system/process engineering, instrumentation, piping or rotating equipment  
• University degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, process/plant engineering, or related field) 
• Understanding of construction practices and processes 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills 
• Emphasizing Teamwork and fostering a collaborative environment 
• Fluent in English, German language is a plus  
• Experience in the energy or gas sector is a plus
