Job Summary

As a Senior Consultant, Tesla Solar Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by establishing trust and rapport with potential customers interested in Tesla Solar Roof products. Your responsibilities will include developing an expert understanding of Tesla Solar Roof products, including their design and pricing, to effectively communicate their value proposition. You will actively manage and nurture your sales pipeline, following up with prospects to enhance conversion rates. 


Additionally, you must have the ability to self-generate leads and utilize referrals to drive sales, demonstrating strong account management skills. Participating in relevant organizations and events to increase awareness and attract potential Tesla Solar Roof prospects will be crucial. Work as the Tesla brand ambassador and partner.  Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will contribute to building robust programs to support Tesla Solar Roof niche efforts, ensuring effective marketing strategies are in place to drive sales success.


This position is a full-time position located remotely in Charlotte, NC area, Renu headquarters. This will  include travel between NC & SC. 

Reports to the Sr. Director, Sales at Renu. 

Requirements


  • Build Trust and Rapport with prospective Tesla Solar Roof Customers
  • Develop on expert knowledge of the Tesla Solar Roof products, design, and pricing to properly position with potential customers, be the Tesla brand ambassador
  • Follow up and maintain contact with your prospect/sales pipeline to increase contract conversion
  • Self generate a portion of your Tesla Solar Roof business and utilize referrals to drive sales
  • Join organizations/events that would generate effective awareness and attract for Tesla Solar Roof prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing to build robust programs to support Tesla Solar Roof niche efforts

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in high-end consumer sales, preferably in-home sales
  • Demonstrated success in closing contracts, with a track record of exceeding $100,000 per sale
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and fostering positive relationships
  • Proven history of surpassing sales targets, coupled with above-average customer retention rates
  • Refined sales and negotiation abilities, coupled with a commitment to ongoing professional development

Salary Description
40,000 + commission (no cap)
