Analyse Rituals sustainability efforts; current carbon footprint and carbon data modelling

YOU ARE ALL ABOUT SUSTAINABLE DATA
As Sustainability Analyst, you love working with data. Whether it is collecting environmental data, entering and maintaining product data in our LCA or if it is carbon modelling and scenario mapping, you play an important (data) role in our road to Net-Zero!

SHARE YOUR TALENTS
As a Sustainability Analyst, your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Support on the annual collection of Rituals’ environmental data (for carbon footprint and circularity strategy & measurement)
• Carbon Data modelling and scenario mapping in order to support sustainable business decisions
• Support sustainability reporting (Sustainability Report, CSRD, Bcorp, EcoVadis), ideally working with one source of truth
• Improve Rituals’ overall carbon footprint data measurement (adding more data points and improve the overal quality of the data points)
• Support, maintain and enter data in LCA product tool
• Develop environmental datasets

BRING ALL OF YOU
We are looking for a Sustainability Analyst who has the enthusiasm and creativity to be hands on in data collection but also loves using data to create models and scenarios to actually help improve our sustainability impact. Do you recognize your profile in the following?:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant area
• You are well known with CO2-eq and related environmental data and you have experience with LCA and carbon tooling (preferably within FMCG/personal care)
• You love working with excel and you have experience with scenario modelling in excel (we are moving towards implementing specific software)
• You have experience with SBTi/GHG (scope 1-3) and can explain it’s impact to your internal stakeholders
• You are highly analytical and are able to bring complex data to comprehensive business proposals
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
