Student Assistant – Sustainability Event Management

Working Student, Part-time · Köln, Remote

Your tasks

You will support the team in preparing various format within the ISCC Academy (online trainings, webinars, and more) as well as ISCC Events (online, onsite, hybrid)
You will help to search, compare and assess appropriate venues for hybrid events
You will give us a hand digitalizing trainings and webinars and integrate content to designated platforms
You will compile data and draw up texts and presentations from different sources
You will take over own small projects within the team (e.g. internal events)
You will help to research, develop and update documents and presentations
You will be in close contact with our international participants and business partners to answer questions about the different event formats we offer and assist with the registration process
You will help with general and reoccurring office tasks such as correspondence, database maintenance etc. to follow up on the events and gather feedback

Your profile

Enrolled student in the area of event management, marketing, economics, business administration, sustainability, environmental management or similar with an availability of 12–20 hours for at least one year (preferably longer)
Excellent communication skills in German (not mandatory) and English (at least C1 both written and spoken). Additional languages will be of advantage
Preferably previous experience in event organization and/or e-learning
Motivated to bring in creative ideas to enhance our internal and external events
High proficiency in MS Office
Affinity to IT processes and platforms
A high degree of initiative and proactive communication with your team and other colleagues
A service-oriented, proactive and supportive attitude
Excellent time management and self-organization
An approachable and reliable team player
