Location: Longmont, Colorado

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Shifts Available: Day Shifts, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Flexible Schedule

Salary: Up to $38 per hour depending on experience (DOE)

We are seeking caring individuals to join our team in Longmont, Colorado. This position offers flexible scheduling options with both PRN and consistent monthly schedules available.

About the facility:

This facility is a beautiful enclave comprising four homes, each housing up to 12 residents in private suites. We offer a laid-back environment where you can build meaningful connections and spend quality time with each resident. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents.

Responsibilities:

~Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.

~Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

~Monitor resident health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.

~Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents' comfort and safety.

~Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for residents and their families.

Requirements:

~Current Colorado L.P.N. license.

~Current TB test.

~Current BLS or CPR certification.

~COVID vaccination or exemption is helpful but not required.

~Must possess a caring and empathetic nature.
