As an Eligibility Interviewer, you will determine eligibility for Arizonans in need of Nutrition Assistance, Medical Assistance, and/or Temporary Assistance to Needy Families. This position is in an office and after training and a successful time in the position there may be a remote work option.

ROW PROJECT LEADER I PHOENIX
Under the guidance of the Rights-of-Way Section Manager, the Land Disposition Project Leader I, manages rights of way (ROW) projects of low to mid-level complexity and of diverse nature. These projects have high priority, visibility and revenue potential for the Trust. Assists in preparation, research and billing tasks associated with completion and successful ROW transaction, the planning and development, analysis and maintenance of the Section's dispositions. Performs minor public relations activities. Evaluates and resolves sensitive files and issues of medium sensitivity. Assists in providing formal and informal training to professional staff. Concentrates on a high ratio of team versus individual projects. Coordinates the efforts of internal teams consisting of staff professionals. Provides technical and administrative guidance to staff. Successful implementation of project management activities, Arizona Management System (AMS) reducing waste and increased productivity as evidenced by participation and timely disposition of rights of way projects and tasks. Interfaces and coordinates with outside consultants, appraisers, city, and county staff. Determines plan or project objectives and goals. Assists in the development and implementation of rules, policies, and procedures.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 3 PHOENIX
Under the guidance of the agency’s Appraisal Section Manager, the Administrative Assistant 3 is responsible for coordinating the workload of two agency sections - Appraisal and Cultural Resources Sections, as well as providing occasional agency receptionist back-up support. Appraisal Section - Coordinating internal and external appraisal request processing - managing appraisal requests in Salesforce, create & maintain internal appraisal files, initiating & tracking appraiser bid communication and follow-up, tracking and presenting bids for award selection, creating invoice requests and purchase orders, creating engagement letters to successful appraisal bidders, tracking and receiving draft and final appraisal reports, processing invoices for payment, distribution of the final appraisals to internal department sections, closing out appraisal files, filing and scanning.

The Senior Range Resources Area Manager position is responsible for managing grazing leases on State Trust land located throughout the State of Arizona on behalf of the beneficiaries of the Arizona Land Trust.
