Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Service team with all the development and follow up of the data base, ensuring its user-friendliness, functionality and accuracy. 
• Manage daily operations of Technical Service department in Europe. 
• Organize delivery and pickup of the modules to be sent to 3rd party laboratories. 
• Administrative support and finance follow up related to RMA for Credit Notes and PO´s. 
• Issuance and follow up of release instructions related to RMA. 
• Issuance and internal follow up of Intercompanies, Contract Reviews and Declaration Letters. 
• Regular control and operations of Technical Service budge

Requirements

• Able to work for 6 months，home-based work in Spain, 1-2 years of working experience
• Bachelor's degree with a major in Economy, Finance or Administrative 
• Good skills in MS Office 
• Good team player with brilliant service awareness 
• Clear logic and meticulous work 
• Able to complete work under certain guidance and minimal supervision with good learning ability 

Languages: Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Spanish or German would be a plus
