Project Execution Supervisor

Responsibilities
  • Coordination of the execution phase of sales orders and projects at Utility scale;
  • Order Management from order acceptance until delivery and payment of the goods
  • Close collaboration with the relevant internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, Tech, Logistics) and with customer's counterparts;
  • Communication directly with customers on all the issues relating to their orders and shipments;
  • Support the sales managers in the pre-sales phase, following up with tenders documentation, front sales proposals, sales negotiations, internal contracts reviews and facilitating the internal flow of information with the internal departments;
  • Maintain close relationship and communication with existing Key Accounts to understand their needs and establishing customer excellence; 
  • Identify new business leads and opportunities;
  • Ensure effective reporting of all activities related to the managed accounts to the Line 
  • Manager on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis;
  • Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences;
  • Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years previous experience within a similar role in an international company, ideally in the solar energy sector;
  • Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce), a ERP system (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel;
  • Good attitude to work within a dynamic and multi-cultural team across Europe;
  • Good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Strong bias for customer satisfaction;
  • Self-motivated and able to effectively manage your time especially during the quarter end periods;
  • Proactive, problem solver and passionate in the approach to the industry
  • Flexible to travel occasionally to exhibitions and meetings with customers together with Sales Managers
Language: Fluent in English and French/Spanish.
