  • Sustainability Related Reporting
    • Assemble and Distribute Monthly Environmental Reports to Customers
      • Set up new accounts 
      • Enter all relevant service related data into the billing software
      • Generate monthly Environmental Reports to over 100 customers timely each month
      • Assemble and distribute annual Environmental Reports
    • LEED Construction Reports
      • Create LEED construction reports from recycling facility diversion data
      • Distribute reports monthly for all active construction projects requiring LEED reporting.
    • Conduct Waste Audits and Assemble Reporting
      • Coordinate audit procedures and dates with customers, dispatch, and the facility.
      • Perform LEED based waste audits on customer containers analyzing diversion
      • Create a comprehensive report for customer tracking the contents found in all the recycling and trash containers. Determine actual diversion and provide a detailed explanation of how diversion could be improved.
  • Billing/Invoicing
    • Prepare and enter billing for sustainability related services, i.e. universal waste, compost, paper shredding, etc.
  • Education
    • Lunch and Learns
      • Prepare and deliver 30-45 minute educational presentations to customers.
      • Ensure seminars are interactive and apply specifics from the customers/tenants current recycling program. 
    • Cleaning Staff Training Seminar
      • Meet with building cleaning staff to review recycling programs and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
    • General tabling/vendor fairs
      • Represent the company at vendor fairs
      • Responsible for ordering and designing company promotional material utilized in these events
      • Create and display recycling information
      • Organize company attendance to assist. 
    • Walk-through Waste Audits
      • Visit client offices and assess current recycling processes.
      • Provide a detailed written summary identifying opportunities for improvement and tools that can be utilized for success.
  • Marketing
    • Create signage (flyers, brochures, posters)
    • Maintain and distribute program startup guides
    • Create content for social media, event advertisements, etc.
  • Vendor coordination
    • Coordinate sustainability related services, including rate negotiation.
  • Continuously work with operations to improve diversion efforts and reporting.
Salary Description
$22-$26/hour
