Customer Success Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our sales team. This individual will be instrumental in optimizing our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring no opportunity is missed. The successful candidate will work closely with the database administrator and sales manager to track and report on all actionable items, leaving no stone unturned. This is a full-time, salaried position reporting directly to the department leader.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with the database administrator to manage compliance, adoption, and user functionality within Salesforce CRM.

- Conducting internal and external auditing and reporting functions to enhance communication between management and sales representatives.

- Utilizing data analysis to forecast trends and generate new business leads.

- Providing industry best practices and marketing concepts as an active member of the Website Committee.

- Developing digital marketing strategies to optimize online marketing and drive new business growth.

- Assisting department leaders with administrative sales support and project-based tasks.

- Managing and optimizing sales lead generation software.

- Implementing new selling tactics and E-marketing strategies.

- Identifying and pursuing new territory or niche market expansion opportunities.

- Updating and distributing Daily & Weekly Sales reports to Outside Reps & Management.

- Coordinating with various departments to ensure accuracy in new vendor setup, appointment scheduling, territory assessment, and contract verification.

- Developing new channels for growth within existing companies, focusing on improving reporting, environmental statements, and communications to enhance the overall customer experience.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervisory responsibilities may be assigned based on individual performance and as the position evolves.


Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of sales experience.

- Strong marketing strategy and campaign experience, including Import Wizard/Data Loader proficiency.

- Proven results-driven approach with business development and management experience.

- Experience with lead generation software (e.g., ZoomInfo).

- Preferred experience with Salesforce.

- 1-3 years of experience in the Solid Waste/Recycling industry is advantageous.
