Coastal Waste & Recycling is experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity.  We are a privately-owned, locally-operated solid waste disposal and recycling company focused exclusively on serving the people and businesses within our region.  We are currently adding a Fleet Maintenance Manager to help support this growth.

The Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing direction to maintenance managers, supervisors, and technicians by

• Ensuring the overall fleet condition, equipment reliability, and cost effective fleet performance
• Overseeing the coordination, planning, and scheduling of all repair work to ensure maximum up-time for all vehicles in the fleet
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of diesel mechanics
• Overseeing the procurement process by leveraging relationships with vendors
