Coastal Waste & Recycling is privately-owned, locally-operated solid waste disposal and recycling company. We are experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity. We are currently adding Route Supervisors to our team to help support this growth.

Route Supervisors are responsible for directing the daily activities of drivers and helpers to ensure that we provide safe, effective and courteous waste collection services to customers. This role will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve route scheduling and service capabilities and will work with customer service to ensure that all service issues are addressed.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Class A or B CDL, commercial driving experience and a clean driving record. Prior supervisory experience is helpful.
