Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute asset management strategies aimed at enhancing the financial performance of renewable energy projects. This involves analysing revenue streams, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maximising return on investment.
- Assume accountability for asset performance by overseeing day-to-day operations, which entails monitoring performance, assessing risks impacting asset performance, and prioritising issue management to ensure prompt return to service.
- Remain updated on industry trends, technological innovations, and policy shifts in the renewable energy sector. Utilise this knowledge to refine asset management strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with project partners, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration and achieve successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports detailing the operational and financial performance of renewable energy assets. These reports include key performance indicators, risk assessments, and opportunities for improvement.
- Interpret due diligence findings and integrate them into financial models to inform decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in renewable energy asset management or a related industry, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and project life cycles.
- Advanced analytical abilities, capable of interpreting and analysing various data sets, financial models, and technical reports to facilitate well-informed decision-making processes.
- Proficient project management skills, adept at task prioritisation, managing multiple projects concurrently, and consistently meeting project deadlines.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards pertinent to the renewable energy sector.
