Impact Measurement and Management Analyst
Description

The primary objective of this role is to support the research, development and integration of impact measurement and management (IMM) practices across Advantage Capital’s key investment areas, including start-ups and small businesses, renewable energy, and affordable housing. Within this body of work, the role will work collaboratively with each investment area's team members and stakeholders to assist in the design and completion of impact-focused strategies, screens, analysis and reporting. As a central and cross-functional team member to the firm, the role will have opportunities to contribute to the areas of public-private partnerships, fundraising, and impact investing strategy and innovation.


Requirements 

· Assist ongoing IMM integrations efforts firmwide.

· Manage the collection, verification and capturing of impact-related data from new and existing investments through the investment closing, onboarding, quarterly reporting, and bi-annual impact survey processes.

· Participate in investment and operations calls as a resources for impact-related needs and to improve impact operations.

· Contribute to research and analyses of portfolio and company data that drives insights for improved outcomes.

· Develop proficiency around IMM standard setting organizations, frameworks, methodologies, metrics and general best practices.
