As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

 

Key Details:

  • Pay: $105,056 - $142,135/year DOE
  • Location: Vancouver, WA
  • Travel: 30% within the United States and Canada

Who You Are:  You possess exceptional communication skills that allow you to adapt seamlessly to diverse teams and stakeholders. Your proactive nature drives you to set ambitious goals and achieve tangible results, while your innovative problem-solving abilities enable you to overcome challenges with creativity and efficiency. You approach projects with a keen analytical mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and learning.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor or Master level education in process-, mechanical- or electrical engineering, construction management, and/or project management required.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in construction/civil projects, capital goods projects, contract management, and/or equipment construction.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent is required.
  • Strong technical experience in wastewater, biogas, or gas reprocessing projects is a plus.
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Have a hands-on mentality to solve project challenges working alongside your team.

 

What You’ll Do:  As the Project Manager, you will take charge of multiple bioenergy projects, collaborating with a team of passionate professionals to achieve project objectives. From project kick-off to completion, you will manage project progress, budgets, and resources efficiently. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of bioenergy projects, meeting or exceeding project KPIs.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to track project deliverables, quality, and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with project contracts, environmental regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a liaison between the U.S. and Netherlands project management teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

 

HoSt offers 24/7 service response to our clients. As a member of the team, this role may involve on-call availability and work outside of normal business hours based on client and project needs.
