We are looking for a senior production and supply chain manager for a role offering a wide range of responsibilities from defining strategy to ensuring quality. The successful applicant will develop, adapt, apply, and execute supply chain operations and processes to support company growth.
What you'll do
- Suppliers’ management (Contract management, performance and conformity evaluation and issues monitoring)
- Implementation and coordination of procurement strategy
- Procurement operation (PO issuance, tracking, incoming good checks, finance team point of contact)
- Implementation and continuous improvement of assembly processes and tools • Supervise and monitor overall production quality controls.
- Supervision of all stakeholders of the production chain (inhouse and outsourced) • Production planning based on the sales forecast.
- After-sales management (RMA, Repair order)
- Report KPI
- Management of Items, Locations, Routings, Production BOM and Stockkeeping units in ERP • Inventories management
- National and international import / export including clearances.
- Owner of trade documentation for products
- Coordinate logistics operations (outbound or inbound) with selected carriers, plus maintain and evaluate carriers for continuous improvement.
- Quality & Environmental management compliance
- Global Product quality management with overall process integration flow
- QMS conformance and performance tracking
- Participate in PLM / PLC monitoring.
- Owner of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification
What you'll need
- Technical background as supply chain manager, logistic manager or quality manager in automation or electronics sector in an international environment.
- Demonstrated experience with public and semipublic tendering processes.
- Solid understanding of supply chain concepts and related processes in the field of electronics, electromechanics and automation
- Strong commercial orientation, being able to negotiate advantageous contracts with suppliers, identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Strong practical mind able to manage processes under several constraints. High analytical capabilities to solve complex issues.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Oracle Netsuite Experience in scale up environment (from limited production to volume production) Hands on and demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (French and English).
