このポジションは、アジア太平洋地域の洋上風力タービンのプロジェクト遂行をサポートする、意欲的な同僚のチームで構成されるオフショア建設の技術プロジェクト管理チームの一員になります。
プロジェクトの実行に加えて、私たちのチームは建設プロジェクトに関する知識でVestasのバリューチェーンの他の部分もサポートしているため、私たちのタスクの多くは組織間のコラボレーションも必要としています。

Responsibilities　担当する責任範囲

• 複雑で大規模な日本の洋上風力プロジェクトの電気的および技術的側面を管理します。プロジェクトの計画、準備、および実行中に、すべての技術的問題を特定、推進、および解決する責任があります。
• プロジェクトマネージャーと緊密に連携し、プロジェクト実行チーム(タービン発電機の設置、試運転、組み立てなど)と緊密に連携・対話して、プロジェクト全体の整合性を確保することが重要となります。このポジションで成功するには、知識と経験を提案されたソリューションとリスク評価に移すことが求められます。
• 電気技術的側面から顧客の再生可能エネルギープロジェクトの技術的なヴァリューエンジニアリングに創造的に貢献し、風力発電機の商業運転開始までの建設プロセスのすべての段階で経産省、日本海事協会、および顧客との連携に貢献し、顧客からの該当する要件および/または地域の規制に準拠した、完全に価値の最適化とリスクバランスのとれたソリューションを保証します。
• 最適化されたソリューションに向けて、すべての建設段階で内部および外部の利害関係者の期待を理解、調整、および管理します。
• 内部および外部の利害関係者を調整しながら、実行段階で適用される地域および国の規制に準拠したメソッドステートメント、作業指示書、およびマニュアルの作成。
• さまざまなプロジェクト建設段階を通じて、電気工事、試運転前作業、試運転作業中に企画・準備・実行の形でVestas建設チームをサポートします。

【必須要項】

• 電気工学の学位 特に電力と制御に関して経験のある方
• 使用前自主検査を過去に経験したことのある方
• 電気主任技術者1種又は2種をお持ちの方、または１級電気工事施工管理技士をお持ちの方

Qualifications　資格要件など

• 高圧発電および制御システムにおける最低5年の経験、および電力および制御システムの問題を解決するための背景。
• 期限が厳しい状況と、ペースの速い/締め切り指向の環境でマルチタスクを実行する能力。
• 電気シミュレーションモデルの経験と知識があれば尚可。
• 英会話および英文によるコミュニケーションスキルあれば尚可。（ 必須ではない）
• 優れた組織力、機密性を維持する能力。
• 進歩的で変化する組織で働く柔軟性を実証しました。
• 特にMS Office製品における確かなコンピュータースキル。
• 意欲的な起案者で、ほとんどかまったく監督なしで作業できる必要があります。
• 風力タービンの実装、運用、システム標準、およびサービスにおける特定の経験 があれば尚可。

Welcome to Technical Project Management

You will be part of our Technical Project Management team in Offshore Construction which comprises a team of highly motivated colleagues, supporting project execution of offshore wind turbines across the globe, with our focus being on the Asia Pacific region.

In addition to project execution, our team also supports the rest of Vestas' value chain with our knowledge of construction projects and consequently, many of our tasks also require cross-organizational collaboration.

Responsibilities

You will be handling the electrical & technical aspects of complex and large-scale Japanese offshore wind projects. You will be responsible for identifying, driving and resolving all technical issues during planning, preparation and execution of the project. You will be working closely together with the Project Manager, and it is important that you also maintain a close dialogue with the Project Execution team (i.e. the Installation Project Manager, Commissioning Project Manager, Pre-assembly Project Manager, etc.) to ensure alignment across the project. To work in this position, you should be able to transfer knowledge and experience into proposed solutions and risk assessments.

• Creatively contribute to the technical value engineering of customer renewable energy projects from the electrical side and contribute to alignments with authorities and customer during all phases of construction process until start of commercial operations, ensuring fully value optimized & risk balanced solutions, compliant with applicable requirements from customers and or local regulations.
• Understand, align and manage internal and external stakeholders' expectations during all construction phase towards optimized solutions.
• Preparation of method statements, work instructions and manuals in compliance with local and national regulations applicable during execution phase while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Vestas construction team during electrical, pre-commissioning and commissioning works through different project construction stages. (Planning, Preparation and Execution)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering 電気工学の学位 特に電力と制御に関して経験のある方
• Experience in dealing with METI tests 使用前自主検査を過去に経験したことのある方
• License of Chief Electrical Engineer the 2nd class or better 電気主任技術者1種又は2種をお持ちの方
  OR 1st class electrical work managing engineer または１級電気工事施工管理技士をお持ちの方

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-voltage electrical power generation and the control systems and background in solving power and control system problems
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive situation and prioritize various tasks in a busy/deadline-oriented environment
• Some experience and knowledge of Electrical Simulation models
• Oral and written communication skills in English is not required, but preferred
• Great organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated flexibility working in a progressive and changing organization.
• Solid computer skills, specifically in MS Office products
• Should be a highly motivated initiator and be able to work with little to no supervision.
• Specific experience in the implementation, operation, system standards, and service of wind turbines

Additional information

Primary work location: Tokyo head office. 5 days a week.

During of the project (between Q1 Q2 of 2025) will be required minimum half of the time to be spent on business trip at construction site in Kitakyushu area. We do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to the advertised closing date
