NAM Project Manager System Drives Transformation

Job Description

What will you do?

  • Lead the transfer of System Drives business execution (Velocity and APM) to a know partner / systems integrator located in Midland TX; must follow the ramp-up till a stable situation reached
  • Deliver end-to-end project success by managing scope, business benefits, timeline, budget, resources, change management & communication, risk & issues, governance, reporting towards the Industrial Automation Business Unit, North American Operations, Global Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders
  • Lead the operational deployment of critical business practices and KPI monitoring, across both Selling and Execution phases, to achieve Solutions business performance
  • Drive and implement structural changes to insure consistent Customer Project Governance, Processes, Tools for Customer Projects, and Services
  • Role will require collaboration with Industrialization, Global Supply Chain, Purchasing, Legal, IT, and Finance

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Excellent knowledge of the product lines in the scope of the transfer, particularly System Drives
  • Familiarity with customer projects and solution business and the full process of going from order to delivery (and follow-on services)
  • Experience contract definition, negotiation, execution and the associated support tools (tendering, quotation, ordering, BOM transfer, etc)
  • Past leadership of industrial set-up of a product line and / or a transformation project
  • 10+ years of progressive professional experience in the industry and the US
  • Entrepreneurial in nature with track record of collaboration driving cross functional alignment and change, while working in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to operate at all levels and across the matrix organization
