What will I be doing in this role?

Homeowners in Southern California are faced with 2 very harsh realities: 1) their power is more than double the cost of the national average, and the culprit for most of their electric usage is heating and cooling their homes. 2) the cost to upgrade their A/C to something more energy-efficient can mean tens of thousands of dollars out-of-pocket. We are home comfort and efficiency experts, and devote ourselves to solving these 2 problems for homeowners every day. The Home Comfort Advisor is responsible for helping homeowners educate themselves on the benefits of whole-house fans that help homeowners cool their home for a fraction of the cost of traditional A/C.

We want to guarantee our Comfort Advisor's success by helping them receive continuous education and training on home filtration, ventilation, cooling, and energy efficiency. This positions earns an an industry-leading compensation package, that earns between $110,000 to $120,000 per year between base salary, commissions, and bonuses.


Who is the ideal candidate for this role?

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Attend and participate in regular team trainings

  • Educate homeowners at their doorstep and in the home about the benefits of home efficiency products such as whole-house fans

  • Be an example of exemplary customer service and follow-up with clients

  • Follow-up with and consult with company-provided leads

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets


What are the requirements for this role?

  • Must have active State HIS (Home Improvement Sales) License.

  • 1 year Previous HIS Sales Experience REQUIRED

  • Full-time Availability (choose your own hours up to 40 hours weekly)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is a plus!)

  • Complete applicable Sales and Technician Training.

  • Used to working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
