Wir suchen Dich

Um unsere CO2-neutrale Lithiumgewinnungs- und Elektrolyseanlagen im Oberrheintal in Deutschland aufzubauen, suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40 Stunden) und unbefristet als erfahrenen Maschinenbauingenieur (m/w/d) im Anlagenbau in Karlsruhe.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Du sorgst für die strategiekonforme Projektrealisierung im Bereich des statischen Equipments wie Tanks, Kessel, Türme und Wärmetauschern für unsere chemischen Anlagen und im Bereich der thermischen Energieübertragung.
Du gewährleistest, dass alle Ergebnisse bei der Gestaltung und Modifikation der stationären Anlagen den Unternehmensstandards und Normen entsprechen.
Du spielst eine aktive Rolle in der termingerechten Projektabwicklung, indem du das Projektmanagement bei der Überwachung von Lieferketten unterstützt.
Du kümmerst dich um die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsstandards während des gesamten Projekts.
Du setzt dich für die Aufrechterhaltung höchster Qualitätsstandards für die Umsetzung von stationären Anlagen ein.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder einem verwandten Feld von anerkannten internationalen Universitäten mit und mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich.
Du hast Erfahrung mit statischer Ausrüstung wie Behälter, Wärmetauscher, Türme und Tanks in chemischen oder Kraftwerken.
Du beherrschst die relevanten Software und Tools im Bereich Maschinenbau.
Du zeigst die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben effektiv zu managen, Teamarbeit zu fördern und Projektpläne einzuhalten.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch (sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich). Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, da der Arbeitsort in Deutschland liegt.

We want you for...

To establish our CO2-neutral lithium extraction and electrolysis plants in the Upper Rhine Valley in Germany, we are looking for you in a full-time (40 hours) and permanent position as Senior Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) for Plant Design in Karlsruhe.

Your mission

You ensure the strategy-compliant project realization in the field of static equipment such as tanks, vessels, towers, and heat exchangers for our chemical plants and in the area of thermal energy transfer.
You guarantee that all results in the design and modification of stationary facilities comply with company standards and norms.
You play an active role in the timely project execution by supporting project management in monitoring supply chains.
You take care of compliance with safety standards throughout the entire project.
You advocate for maintaining the highest quality standards in the implementation of stationary facilities.

Your profile

You hold a completed degree in mechanical engineering or a related field from recognized international universities and at least 5 years of relevant job experience.
You have prior experience with static equipment such as vessels, heat exchangers, towers, and tanks in chemical or power plants.
You are proficient in relevant software and tools in the field of mechanical engineering.
You demonstrate the ability to effectively manage tasks, promote teamwork, and adhere to project plans.
You are fluent in English (both spoken and written). German language skills are advantageous, as the workplace is in Germany.
