Job Description

GSC Internet Giant Account Leader – Google

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a North America Supply Chain role leading the end to end engagement of our Internet Giant customer Google. This role will be responsible for Google customer experience and trust.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Google end to end supply chain Customer Experience for all SE products, all divisions
  • Drive execution performance of Order Management through On-Time delivery for the account by identifying the root causes of poor performance, driving improvement projects, and provide customer and executive level updates on a scheduled basis
  • Supply Chain SPOC for Google, Program and Project Managers
  • Alignment of demand forecast and capacity planning with associated GSC leaders and factories
  • Lead supply chain escalations not limited to CR’s, CMI’s, BRE’s, and expediated shipments
  • Performance and alignment of all associated CPC (Customer Process Capabilities)
  • Drive the communication and roadmap for Offer lead times back to normal for the products Google buys from SE, directly and indirectly. 
  • Willing to travel 20% domestic and international.

What qualifications will make you successful? 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, and/or Enginering is required. Master's degree is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated performance of Specialized Supply Chains and Customer Experience
  • Extensive experience with Customers, Projects, and Program managers
  • +10 years supply chain experience
  • Mature understanding and experience working with the associated GSC organization
  • Ability to work effectively with and influence senior commercial and supply chain leaders
  • Proven problem-solving experience and use of DMAIC and 6 Sigma toolset
  • Ability to work cross BU and cross-departments to effectively bridge gaps
