Data Center Digital Services Leader
Mission:
The Data Center Digital Services Leader delivers electrical power monitoring digital services to our largest and most strategic data center customers. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to achieve operational excellence, meet performance targets, and drive employee engagement. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the team's success in delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their potential and performance.
- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback to team members, conducting performance evaluations and addressing any performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and achievement of departmental goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
- Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing appropriate action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with departments to drive growth in service revenue, renewal, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive team culture, promoting open communication, teamwork, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Hire, train, and develop talent
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to influence, listen effectively, and solict input from others.
- Excellent organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently, and the ability to manage resource procurement and utilization.
- Strong leadership skills including, team leading, employee mentoring and development, and the ability to empower othes through delegating responsibility.
- Sound knowledge of performance management and coaching techniques.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for team management and performance tracking.
