What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting inspections for environmental contaminants and hazardous materials at construction sites such as asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and PCB sealants
• Preparing design documents and reports based on inspection findings
• Assisting with mold assessments and occasional project monitoring
• Collaborating on abatement/remediation construction documents
• Reviewing submittals and providing clarifications during construction

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Comfortable interpreting NYS ICR 56 and other regulations
• NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector & Project Monitor/Air Sampling Certifications
• Knowledge of New York State and Federal asbestos regulations
• Experience in preparing design documents and site-specific variance petitions
