Industrial Product Manager (m/f/d) Environmental Performance and Packaging
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the entire product life cycle with regard to technical competitiveness and economic profitability and define optimisation measures
Together with your business partners, you will develop a strategy for the entire product portfolio that includes environmental performance and the use of sustainable packaging
You are responsible for the implementation of the developed strategy in the product development process and act as a central team member at the beginning of the product development projects
You will develop specifications in your area of responsibility, derived from legal as well as customer and market requirements, industrial standardisation and brand differentiation needs
Conceptual development of the reporting of the environmental performance / life cycle assessments (e.g. LCA) of the Vaillant Group products taking into account the EU relevant specifications (ISO / DIN standards)
Monitoring of the transferred specifications with regard to competitiveness and profitability is part of your tasks
Supporting national sales companies in the preparation of market launches by providing product arguments, technical documents and the LCAs carried out rounds off your area of responsibility
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
You have the necessary tools of the trade thanks to your successfully completed technical or business studies (Master's degree)
You have at least five years of experience, ideally in programme or product management, and knowledge of HVAC systems
You have profound user skills in MS-Office, ideally in the requirement management software Polarion as well as excellent communication skills with fluent business English
A confident manner, a structured way of working, customer orientation and a strong team spirit round off your profile
