<h3>Head- Environment &amp; Sustainability</h3><div>Location- Kharagpur</div><div>Experience- 15 to 20 years</div><div><br></div><div>Must have- </div><div><span style="color: rgb(3, 27, 78);">Experience in Industrial Environment Management Compliance</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(3, 27, 78);">Certification on Sustainability or Environment Management System</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(3, 27, 78);">Knows Bengali language</span></div><div><br></div><div><span class="ql-cursor">﻿</span>Job Description</div><div><span style="color: windowtext;">Key Performance Indicators</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><ul><li>Develop sustainability strategies&nbsp;and action plans in coordination with the strategy, governance &amp; site team and provide necessary guidance site team on implementation.</li><li>Provide strategic vision &amp; plan&nbsp;and be responsible for&nbsp;the implementation of various Sustainability aspirational targets (Carbon Neutrality, Water Positive etc)</li><li>Overseeing&nbsp;environment Compliances, Reporting &amp; Liaison&nbsp;with statutory bodies i.e. the State Pollution Control Board &amp; the Regional Office, MoEF&amp;CC</li><li>Representations at&nbsp;MoEF&amp;CC &amp; liaison&nbsp;with the state pollution control board for obtaining environment clearance, consent and time to time renewal of the same as per requirement</li><li>Responsible for improving the&nbsp;environmental compliance&nbsp;including implementation and management of various environmental and energy initiatives.</li><li>Assisting the&nbsp;Corporate strategy &amp; Governance team&nbsp;for Sustainability related disclosures (IR, BRSR, TCFD, CDP) Enterprise Risk Management aspects.</li><li>Overseeing the&nbsp;Energy related compliance&nbsp;and improvement project and providing necessary guidance/ assistance to designated Energy Manager of the organization</li><li>Oversee&nbsp;implementation &amp; sustain Daily Management&nbsp;of Energy &amp; Environment functions</li><li>Facilitate&nbsp;implementation and sustenance of Energy&nbsp;&amp; Environment related beyond compliance framework (GreenCO, Integrated Management System etc.)</li><li>Working as resource person for the&nbsp;outreach programs for local community &amp; school children&nbsp;for awareness development on sustainability &amp; environment.</li><li>Working as internal resource person for&nbsp;sustainability capability development.</li><li>Collaboration with identified NGO, Institutions for sustainability projects.</li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 32, 96);">Should play pivotal role in&nbsp;internal &amp; external stakeholder management&nbsp;on sustainability aspects</span></li></ul><div><br></div>
