We support solar sales consultation, customer system design, financing, installation, and warranty resolution for the ongoing customer relationship. Axia by QCELLS seeks a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator, to execute and support administrative and specialized tasks within the Home Energy Systems division. As Fulfillment Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and providing analysis on, third party business partners and vendors to support cross functional tasks to drive speed to revenue and positive margin achievement while ensuring data is updated in an accurate and timely manner. Major responsibilities include, sales contract intake audit and assignment, calculating sales partner commissions, coordinating with vendors and partners for weekly pipeline reviews, and ensuring data is completely accurate withing Axia by QCELLS internal systems . This is a position that reports to Axia by Q Cells senior leadership. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and a calm business demeanor. Experience in solar operations is a must. This position will be based in the Q CELLS North America headquarters in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilties

    • Audit incoming sales contracts for pricing, scope, accuracy and margin
    • Input  new contracts into Axia by QCells systems with accuracy and proper urgency
    • Calculate Sales commissions on projects once certain milestones are met
    • Analyze and monitor team performance to iteratively improve upon  solar construction cycle times
    • Work closely with Axia senior leadership to contribute to the development of new product rollout trainings to external partners
    • Coordinate vendor onboarding and document management to include:
    • Collecting and verifying documentation
    • Point of contact for third party onboarding support
    • Review and report on upcoming vendor document expiration
    • Monthly Vendor KPI summary
    • Create and assign Solar Service tickets as necessary for field service within Axia by QCells project management software
    • Responsible for executive reporting on business KPI, such as:
    • Contract Accuracy
    • External project costs vs business plan
    • Revenue & Margin targets
    • Speed and Cycle Times in the Solar Journey
