ESG & Sustainability Advisor

Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Al Khobar, Eastern Province

We are seeking a dynamic ESG/Sustainability Advisor to join our team on a subcontract basis, taking charge of diverse assignments in this domain. The role primarily involves delivering both face-to-face and virtual training courses and executing advisory projects related to ESG/Sustainability schemes. We are looking for a candidate with a high level of expertise in GRI and SDG reporting tools, complemented by hands-on experience and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training and Advisory Projects:

    • Delivering customized face-to-face and virtual training courses.

    • Executing advisory projects related to ESG/Sustainability schemes.

  2. Expertise and Communication:

    • Demonstrating a high level of expertise in GRI and SDG reporting tools.

    • Showcasing advanced communication skills and being a skilled trainer.

  3. Course Development and Quality Assurance:

    • Developing customized training courses as required.

    • Ensuring the quality of service in terms of venue, materials, and tutors.

  4. Business Development Support:

    • Contributing to marketing investigations and competitors' analyses.

    • Supporting the Improvement Services Business development process.

  5. Consultative Sales and Account Development:

    • Undertaking training needs analysis with potential clients.

    • Identifying and promoting commercial training opportunities during consultative sales and account development activities.

  6. Innovation and Design:

    • Innovating and creating training solutions to fulfill client requirements.

    • Designing training programs and materials for public and in-company courses.

  7. Delivery and Flexibility:

    • Delivering courses and events as scheduled, adjusting training techniques in response to the needs and learning styles of groups and individual delegates.

  8. Business Assurance Assessments:

    • Undertaking business assurance assessments within the authorized area of specialism.

  9. Professional Development:

    • Maintaining professional competence by staying updated on technical developments.

    • Keeping CPD records, updating CV, and maintaining professional registrations.

  10. Business Promotion and Client Feedback:

    • Identifying additional business opportunities and passing leads to sales colleagues.

    • Promoting additional or higher value services.

    • Passing client feedback and insights to appropriate internal recipients.
