Job Description

Location : Dhaka ,Bangladesh / Shanghai, China

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Activate and ensure implement processes and programs to meet company long term sustainability goals in partnership with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with HQ sustainability team to develop and implement sustainability programs that will bring measurable operational, environmental and social benefits for the company that drives business value
  • Support the development and implementation of company's sustainability and decarbonization strategy
  • Research in market sustainability fashion trends and competitors analysis, identify new opportunities and translate it to proactive actions
  • By adopting appropriate benchmarking and best practices, help the group improve its overall sustainability performance by assisting in the development of internal purpose for sustainability issues identification, impact assessment and mitigation
  • Nurtures in-house sustainability culture and work practices through campaigns, projects and training

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in related disciplines such as, but not limited to, Environmental science, ESG Communications/ Corporate Sustainability/ ESG Marketing
  • Minimum 8 years relevant working experience, Supply Chain, Garment Buying Office experience are highly preferable
