Role & Responsibilities:

• Environment Management is responsible for monitoring lower level test environments, driving defects to resolution as well as coordinating/communicating environmental actives. 

• EMS is responsible for the test environment stability, readiness and controls for all of our supported applications.

Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Desktop Support

• Windows knowledge

• Application Support

• SharePoint Knowledge

• Triage skills

• Documentation creation skills

• Able to work independently

• ATM knowledge * required

• Quality Center knowledge
