Position Overview:
As a Leader of Environmental Product Suite Management at Benchmark Gensuite, you will operate within a newly established Group within the Product Management and Engagement (PME) organization. In this pivotal role, you will drive the evolution of environmental digital product capabilities and functionalities, together with a team of Product Management experts, UI/UX specialists, and Product Marketing professionals.
 
Responsibilities: 
 
Product Vision and Development Initiatives:
  • Spearhead new environmental product visioning and development initiatives in the 2-year plan, focusing on AI integration throughout the platform.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with Exec Champions, Customer Relationship Management leads, and the Project Execution team to maximize synergies with customer-funded app development projects.
  • Ensure harmony between product vision and ongoing/planned roadmap projects.
Market Research and Trends:
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in environmental compliance, EHS, Sustainability, Advanced Tech, and related industries, conducting market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Consultation with EHS Professionals: Engage with EHS professionals from various industries to understand their challenges, pain points, and requirements regarding EHS management.
Feature Integration and Development:
  • Lead the incorporation of advanced technologies, including Generative AI, into the product suite to improve functionality and automate tasks.
  • Oversee the product design and deployment of new product features, ensuring alignment with user needs and enhancing the overall product offering.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to effectively communicate the value of product features to clients and prospects.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on the implementation and optimization of our digital solutions to improve EHS performance and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in environmental compliance and EHS management, preferably within a consultancy framework.
  • Experience with digital solutions and deployment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in environmental management
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in the EHS, Sustainability, & Product Compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
