The successful Senior Sustainability Consultant will:

● Conduct a variety of analyses for energy and carbon modeling, including Part L thermal modeling, operational energy calculations and embodied carbon calculations

● Take responsibility for and deliver on key project workstreams

● Have a minimum of 4 years of sustainability relevant experience with a minimum of an understanding of BREEAM, WELL and HQM

● Collaborate with other stakeholders of the business ensuring the reputation of industry leaders is obtained
