Environmental Project Manager

Leading federal construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee, plan, and execute all aspects of highly complex environmental remediation and civil construction projects located throughout the Tri-State area. This position will require up to 25% travel to project site locations within the region and is a highly cross-functional and pivotal role within the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4-Year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar.
  • 5-10+ years of experience managing environmental remediation for contaminated sites, preferable with CERCLA experience.
  • Must have working knowledge of the following scopes of construction: excavation, groundwater treatment, soil mitigation, retaining walls, wastewater removal etc.
  • Five or more years of experience as a Project Manager for the remediation of contaminated sites, preferably with CERCLA experience.
  • Must have experience as a Project Manager for federal projects and strong working relationships with related government agencies including USACE, NAVFAC, and USEPA.
