The Structural Supervisor will oversee our residential solar structural department. This department conducts structural reviews for all our projects, and does structural upgrades, repairs, re-roofing, trenches and many other tasks to support our solar installations and crews.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify condition and strength of roof rafters /sheathing

• Review projects for structural concerns & roof integrity.

  • House framing experience preferred

• Administer and enforce safety policies and standards.

• Advise & train field crews on building and roofing techniques.

• Spot check field crews on site.

• Supervise structural field crews.

• Visit crews and stand building inspections.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum three years of experience in building trades, ideally as a supervisor.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, to be able to manage several office staff and crews across different regions.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SalesForce.com experience is preferred.

• Clean driving record.

• Current restricted MA CSL is preferred.
