The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for the deployment of all enterprise networks delivered within Australia. The role will report to the Head of Technologies. Key performance indicators will relate to the timely delivery of all customer agreed services. Budget and cost management will also be a major part of this role making sure all project budgets are met.

This role is critical in securing the long-term future of Prospecta’s enterprise network business both locally and internationally and the key outcomes from this role will include but not be limited to the following.

• Successful deployment of all 5G Fixed Wireless Access networks to all GemLife resorts.
• Successful delivery of enterprise networks to all customers across the connectivity portfolio. This include 4G, 5G and 5GMMWave solutions.
• All projects delivered within the agreed and approved budget
• All projects delivered within the agreed timeframes.
• Successful customer acceptance testing across a range of test objects and cases.
• Successful acceptance and handover to operations.

To be successful in this role you will bring.

• Knowledge of common project/program delivery practices.
• Excellent understanding of telecommunication deployment activities.
• Excellent understanding of CPE, Radio, and Core Network integration methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of modern 4G/5G network test and verification processes.
• Good understanding of modern telecommunication network architecture
• Good understanding of civil works and infrastructure readiness activities.
• Good understanding of backhaul delivery methods.
• Good understanding of fixed wireless access deployment practices.
