Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential customers and lead them through the solar conversion process from initial inquiry to installation completion
- Provide comprehensive consultation to clients on solar energy solutions, system design, financing options, and government incentives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty
- Collaborate with our in-house team of solar experts, engineers, and technicians to develop customized solutions for clients
- Track, analyze, and report on sales pipeline data, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed sales targets
- Attend virtual conferences, webinars, and industry events to stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally
- Self-Generate Leads
Requirements:
- No experience required
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry (Preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to environmental sustainability
