Freedom Solar is currently seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented individual to fill the position of Inspection Coordinator within our esteemed team. The primary responsibility of the Inspection Coordinator is to effectively oversee and manage projects that involve inspection requirements. It is imperative that the individual ensures all inspections are executed in a manner that prioritizes safety, quality and efficiency. This role necessitates an exceptional comprehension of solar installation processes, including an expert-level understanding of electrical tie-ins, code compliance, and one-line diagrams. Furthermore, the successful candidate must possess excellent customerservice skills and demonstrate flawless communication abilities.

Job Duties:

    •  Scheduling inspections and coordinating with clients and contractors
    • Reviewing inspection reports and ensuring that they are complete and accurate
    • Maintaining documentation and records of inspections and repairs
    • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
    • Identifying and addressing any issues or deficiencies in solar panel installations
    • Collaborating with design and installation teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as needed or as directed by management
    • Perform daily reporting tasks, manage computer-based tasks, and maintain efficient communication channels.
    • Travel up to 75% of the time.

    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and execution capabilities, coupled with an adept understanding of project and program management.

Qualifications:

    • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
    • Preferred, but not mandatory, NABCEP certification.

Physical Requirements:

    • Capability to assume various physical positions, including stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended durations.
    • Aptitude for lifting weights up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the workday.
