As the CEO Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing key functions critical to the success and growth of our organization. This role requires a visionary executive with a proven track record in corporate functions, finance, strategy & development, operations, processes & methodics, and demonstrated expertise in managing diverse regions, particularly in LATAM and Europe. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company, driving operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

       Corporate Functions:

• Provide visionary leadership and direction to all corporate functions, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative corporate culture that promotes efficiency, accountability, and employee engagement.
• Oversee key corporate initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic alliances.

       Finance:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

      Strategy & Development:

• Drive the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to enhance the company's competitive position.
• Evaluate and recommend strategic investments and initiatives.

       Operations:

• Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices in operations management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

       Processes & Methodics:

• Develop and implement robust processes and methodologies across all business functions.
• Ensure that standardized practices are followed to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

       LATAM and Europe Region:

• Lead and coordinate business activities in the LATAM and Europe regions.
• Develop regional strategies in alignment with overall company goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with regional partners, stakeholders, and clients.

Our Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing corporate functions, finance, strategy & development, and operations.
• Strong background in overseeing business activities in LATAM and Europe regions.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive change and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Advanced degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
