We are not looking for a double-glazing-style sales person who would sell their granny if the commission is right. We are consultative, explain technical concepts in layman's terms with customers and build long-term relationships with customers to ensure they get the right renewable energy system for them.

Ceiba Renewables is looking for a driven and energetic Renewable Energy Sales Leader who will play a critical part of the building phase of our in-house sales team. 


The Renewable Energy Sales Leader will be responsible for building our processes and procedures (primarily through our current CRM, Hubspot), maintaining and expanding our current strong relationships with clients and partners, whilst identifying, creating, and capturing B2C & B2B opportunities to drive the growth and success of Ceiba. Whilst mainly focusing on B2C, the primary objective is to help build the sales machine that drives Ceiba's growth and delivers impeccable value to customers. 


Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, while also developing strategies to expand the organisation's market presence are key facets of this role. The role will develop quickly to include leadership of a small team as we establish our process, perfect our procedures, and drive sales within our sector.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Renewable Energy Sales Leader, you will embody our mission to innovate and lead in the renewable energy sector. Your tasks will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Forge and execute innovative sales strategies that align with Ceiba's growth targets and vision, focusing on both B2C & B2B opportunities.
  • Relationship Mastery: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients and partners, laying the foundation for long-term success and market expansion.
  • Operational Excellence: Design and refine our sales process, utilizing our CRM (Hubspot) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Market Insight: Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor movements to inform our strategies and product development.
  • Team Development: As we grow, you'll build and mentor a team of Renewable Energy Sales Associates, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
