We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a knowledgeable and self-driven E-Learning Specialist to join forces with our international close-knit and knowledgeable team, while working in our Athens Office.

Role summary:

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our IT & HR teams in crafting engaging and effective e-learning content. In this role, the successful candidate, who will report to the IT Infrastructure Manager, will not only develop SCORM-compliant content, but also interact & collaborate with all other Departments in the company to identify training needs, initiate the e-course development process, monitor the rollout, and contribute to the design process, ensuring a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics.

What you will need to do:

  • SCORM Development: Utilize authoring tools to develop SCORM-compliant e-learning content. Ensure the technical excellence and functionality of SCORM packages.
  • Instructional Design: Collaborate with the IT and HR teams and Departments to understand learning objectives and contribute to the design of effective and engaging online courses. Provide input on content structure, learner interactivity, and overall instructional strategy.
  • Integration: Work closely with the project team / vendor to integrate SCORM packages seamlessly into the existing learning management systems (LMS).
    Troubleshoot and resolve 1st level technical challenges related to integration.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of SCORM packages to ensure a flawless user experience.
    Provide feedback on design elements that may impact user engagement.
  • Rollout: Initiate, coordinate, and report on the rollout process.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to both SCORM development processes and instructional design choices.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Conduct assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or Business Administration or related Degree.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development and especially in SCORM development and instructional design for e-learning courses.
  • Familiarity with authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Canva etc.
  • Experience in using a Learning Management System.
  • Proficient in design principles and tools to contribute aesthetically to e-learning content.
  • Excellent English and Greek language command.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of montage and speakage processes & tools, such as Audacity, Movie Maker, Premiere etc., is considered as asset.
