Responsibilities

  • Assess the partners business and jointly develop successful strategies to incorporate and sell products and solutions in a way that positively impacts all aspects of the partners P&L.
  • Drive revenue and market share at partner accounts including but not limited to negotiating supply agreements, providing product training, assisting in the development of co-marketing/demand generation campaigns, introducing new products, and managing day-to-day business issues.
  • Manage a portfolio of installers/dealers/system integrators partners to achieve revenue and share objectives,
  • Gather and report regional market and competitive intelligence in order to keep abreast of the regional market situation, policy, customer, competitor, and supplier trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a Solar Energy industry selling via indirect channels such as authorized dealers and distributors.
  • Wide sales pipeline of local photovoltaic installers/dealers/system integrators.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, innovative strategic thinker with a passion for driving results, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Experience negotiating and executing contracts.
  • Must have a valid drivers license; ability to travel.
  • Native speakers with proficient English skills.
